Design and validate an all-in-one customer touchpoint
Schneider Electric is an IT infrastructure company offering a service (Monitor and Dispatch, M&D) that helps customers monitor data centers and dispatch a technician if something goes wrong. We were tasked to create a self-service tool so customers can more easily call for help, schedule regular maintenance, and renew contracts.
